Framework Workstreams

There are two frameworks for Planned Maintenance, one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition. Each of the frameworks is broken down into 6 workstreams:

1A & 1B Planned Maintenance: External and Communal Works
Undertaking of Planned Maintenance to External and Communal areas of dwellings and corporate, commercial or communal buildings including but not limited to Renewal and/or upgrading of pitched and flat roofs; fascias, cladding and rainwater goods; structu
2A & 2B Planned Maintenance: Internal Works
Undertaking of Planned Maintenance to Internal of dwellings including but not limited to Design, Supply, Renewal and/or upgrading of kitchens; bathrooms; central heating and upgrading of boilers; electric Heating Installations; electrical rewiring; and Ot
3A & 3B Planned Maintenance: External, Communal and Internal Works
