Established in 1946, Ian Williams is a privately owned property services company specialising in the delivery of responsive repairs, cyclical maintenance including painting, planned maintenance, decarbonisation works and fire safety improvements within the social housing sector.
We deliver high levels of customer service through a commitment to the direct delivery of our services and locally based teams spread across the UK. This is supported by RoSPA President’s awards 2018 – 2022 for health & safety performance and industry accreditations including; We Invest in People Gold, Constructionline Gold, SSiP, IFC, NICEIC, Gas Safe and PAS2030.
Our award-winning Academy (NHMF Best Apprentice Scheme 2018 and 2021) has ensured we have developed and retained a highly skilled workforce, with one of the highest apprentice employment levels in the industry.
We have a commitment to invest 1% of our net profit into charitable causes. The employee led Ian Williams Foundation, established in 2016, manages these significant donations every year to good causes. Since its establishment we have helped over 120 charities. In addition, we commit to investing in social value initiatives for our customers centered around the needs of each local community.
