Framework Workstreams
There are two frameworks for Energy Consultancy Services, one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition. Each of the frameworks is broken down into 3 workstreams:
1A & 1B
Domestic Energy Assessors
Provision of Services to undertake Domestic Energy Performance Certification Surveys both for a Planned Programme and for Void Properties;together with providing model recommendations to enable Properties to reach SAP69 (Band C)
2A & 2B
Non-Domestic Energy Assessors
Provision of Services to undertake: Energy Performance and Display Energy Certification Surveys to Corporate, Commercial or Communal Buildings or Areas of Buildings
3A & 3B
PAS 2035 Retrofit Consultants
Provision of Services (Retrofit Advisers, Assessors, Co-ordinator, Design Consultant and Evaluator)to undertake: PAS2035:2019 compliant surveys, designs and specifications for the retrofitting of Client’s housing archetypes, to support bids and grant appl
