Framework Workstreams

The NPC6001 framework provides a flexible and compliant heating services framework designed to support housing providers and public sector organisations with the procurement of heating installation, servicing and maintenance works. Covering both Direct Award and Mini-Competition routes, the framework gives you access to pre-qualified contractors across domestic, commercial and communal heating projects throughout the UK.

Structured across three specialist workstreams, the framework covers domestic heating appliances and installations, commercial and communal heating systems, and microgeneration technologies including heat pumps, biomass and solar thermal systems. This allows you to procure everything from routine servicing and maintenance to major component renewals, fuel switching and renewable heating upgrades through a single procurement route.

As part of the wider NHMF Frameworx offering, the framework combines national supplier coverage, low procurement fees and a not-for-profit approach focused on delivering social value and better outcomes for housing providers and residents.
