Framework Workstreams
There are two frameworks for Asset Management Consultancy, one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition. Each of the frameworks is broken down into 3 workstreams:
1A & 1B
Stock Condition Surveys: Domestic
Provision of Services to undertake: Stock Condition Surveys to Dwellings, Blocks, Garages and other related assets including undertaking Domestic Energy Performance Certification
2A & 2B
Stock Condition Surveys: Non-Domestic
Provision of Services to undertake: Condition Surveys to Corporate, Commercial or Communal Buildings or Areas of Buildings including undertaking Energy Performance and Display Energy Certification Surveys
3A & 3B
Asset Management Services
Provision of Services to undertake:development of Asset Management Strategies; validation of Condition Surveys of Dwellings and/or Corporate, Commercial or Communal Buildings; Onsite Appraisals of Portfolio;undertake sample Energy Performance and Display
