NHMF NPC Frameworx is pleased to announce the opportunity to join the new Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation, Surveying and Monitoring Works is now live.
Adding to the eleven existing frameworks, the not-for-profit procurement organisation, launched in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF), is looking to appoint a number of contractors and consultants to six frameworks – three for Direct Awards, and three for Mini-Competitions respectively:
- Lots 1A and 1B: Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation Works
- Lots 1A and 2B: Damp, Mould and Condensation Surveying Works
- Lots 3A and 3B: Mould and Condensation Monitoring Works
With an estimated total value of £500m, NPC Frameworx envisages appointing up to 30 suppliers to the new framework.

“The new contract covers Damp, Mould and Condensation Works under CPV 50700000 – Repair and Maintenance Services of Building Installations with specialist Damp, Mould and Condensation Works split into 3 lots covering Damp, Mould and Condensation Remediation Works (Lots 1A and 1B), Damp, Mould and Condensation Surveying Works (Lots 2A and 2B) and Mould and Condensation Monitoring Works (Lots 3A and 3B).”

The closing deadline for uploading completed tender documentation is 24 January 2025 at 15.00.
