NHMF Frameworx is looking for providers to join their new Security, Access and Life Support Installations opportunities with invitations to tender being launched in the coming weeks.
NHMF Framework is a not-for-profit procurement provider that was launched in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) in 2022. This new agreement is part of five others that will be going live this year, taking the total agreements to sixteen, that cover Planned and Responsive Maintenance, Net Zero Works, Passive Fire Works, Consultancy Services, Materials Supply, Heating Services, Estate Services, Communal Mechanical & Electrical, Disability Adaptations, Damp, Mould & Condensation works, soft facilities management, Structural Repairs & Civil Engineering Security, Subcontract/Specialist Services, Vehicle Supply and Access & Life Support Services.

The scope of this new framework is a Security, Access and Life Support Installations opportunity to deliver works under main CPV 50710000 – Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations. - 34928300 – Safety barriers
- 35125300 – Security cameras
- 50330000 – Maintenance services of telecommunications equipment
- 50532000 – Repair and maintenance services of electrical machinery, apparatus and associated equipment
- 50711000 – Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations
- 71314100 – Electrical services
- 71315000 – Building services
