NHMF Frameworx is once again expanding its procurement options with new framework agreements going live in the next few months. Adding to the eleven existing frameworks, the not-for-profit procurement organisation, launched in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF), will be calling for providers who can deliver Damp, Mould & Condensation Works to join their new framework.
NHMF Frameworx Director, David Miller, explains more: “This latest Damp, Mould and Condensation framework offers providers a chance to win significant new work at a time when the spotlight is firmly on this part of the market.
“Expanding our planned and responsive maintenance offering, we’ve created a new, specialist Damp, Mould & Condensation Works agreement that covers many aspects of works. The new contract will cover Damp, Mould and Condensation Investigation and Remediation Works under CPV 50000000 – Repair and maintenance services, and includes additional CPV codes:
- 45331210 – Ventilation installation work
- 45442000 – Application work of protective coatings
- 50700000 – Repair and maintenance services of building installations
- 50800000 – Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services
- 51100000 – Installation services of electrical and mechanical equipment
- 71315300 – Building surveying services
- 71315400 – Building-inspection services
- 71321400 – Ventilation consultancy services
“The PIN Notice has been issued, the invitation to tender will be launched during September, with the aim of going live in November.
