FFrameworx is once again expanding its procurement options with new framework agreements going live in the next few months. Adding to the eleven existing frameworks, the not-for-profit procurement organisation, launched in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF), will be calling for forward-thinking, professional providers to deliver its expanding Estate Services agreements now including Grounds Maintenance and Building Cleaning.
NHMF Frameworx Director, David Miller, explains more: “This latest expansion of our framework offers providers a chance to win significant new work. Expanding our Estate Services offering, we’re issuing a new agreement for Soft Facilities Management under the main CPV code 79993100 Facilities management services, to also include:
- 45112700 – Landscaping work
- 77200000 – Forestry services
- 77300000 – Horticultural services
- 90910000 – Cleaning services

David continues: “Since our launch in 2022, NHMF Frameworx has been going from strength to strength. We have over 85 approved providers across our existing agreements who all share our commitment to social value and providing a quality service at good value to housing providers and Registered Social Landlords. Clients already include some of the leading housing organisations in the UK, and anyone who subscribes to the schedule M3NHF Schedule of Rates, to which we are the only framework providers to be associated, can procure through Frameworx. Any Contracting Authority in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland can procure through Frameworx, which opens up huge opportunities for service providers.
“Frameworx’ existing agreements include Planned and Responsive Maintenance, Net Zero Works, Passive Fire Works, Consultancy Services, Materials Supply, Heating Services, Estate Services, Communal Mechanical & Electrical and Disability Adaptations. Works can be procured through either Direct Award or Mini-Competition, supported at every step by the Frameworx team.
“The overriding aim of Frameworx is to provide a fully compliant, simple to use and flexible procurement solution that housing providers and Registered Social Landlords can use to engage with an expert and committed supply chain, with the added bonus of a highly competitive maximum fee of 1.5%. We’re looking forward to expanding our network with like-minded providers who are interested in being part of this fast-growing network.
“So far, nearly £55m has been procured through Frameworx, with a growing pipeline of interest, and contracts being awarded all the time. This next round of frameworks will only increase this opportunity further.”
