NHMF Frameworx, the non-profit procurement solution uniquely associated with the National Housing Maintenance Forum and Schedule of Rates has announced plans to develop two new bespoke frameworks for Northern Ireland, covering Multi-Disciplinart Mechanical & Electrical and Planned Maintenance works.
Head of Frameworx, Paul Smith, tells us more: “We’re really excited to be developing two new frameworks specifically for the Northern Irish market, covering M&E and Planned Maintenance.
“We’re currently carrying out preliminary market engagement in the region to ensure our procurement solutions are fit for purpose and attract businesses of all sizes to get involved, from SMEs to larger contactors, so that the market is well represented throughout the process.
“We’re running two sessions in September, one in person and one online, providing an opportunity for contractors to find out more about what we’re developing, understand the proposed frameworks, and speak directly with the Frameworx team about how they can get involved.
“On 17th September, we’ll be at the Clayton Hotel in Belfast for an in-person session to openly discuss the new frameworks and the opportunities ahead. It’s also a great opportunity to network with other contractors and client member organisations from across the sector over some free lunch and refreshments, as well as the Frameworx team.
“For those who can’t join us in Belfast, we’ll be hosting an online webinar on 30th September.
“We want to make sure contractors across Northern Ireland know about these new frameworks and have the opportunity to engage with us at this early stage to ensure they are completely fit for purpose for the region. So, whether you’re an SME or a larger contractor, register for one of the sessions and get involved.
