We’re excited to bring the NHMF Frameworx Social Value Impact Award back to the 2027 NHMF Maintenance Conference and Best Practice Awards!
The awards celebrate the people, partnerships and initiatives that deliver meaningful social value for residents and communities, showcasing those projects that demonstrate real life resident benefit, collaboration and lasting impact.
As a not-for-profit organisation, NHMF Frameworx is committed to investing its surplus back into the communities in which we work. We’re looking for initiatives that demonstrate measurable outcomes through community investment, employment and skills, wellbeing, inclusion, environmental improvement or local partnerships.
The Social Value Impact Award gives us the opportunity to recognise this work and, most importantly, help the winning project go even further with a £10,000 donation from our Social Value fund, built up from our surpluses.

Last year, Purdy, part of Sureserve, nominated Peabody’s Darwin Court Food Hub for the inaugural NHMF Frameworx Social Value Impact Award.
As winners of the award, the Food Hub received a £10,0000 donation to support its initiative. We visited the Food Hub earlier this year and saw first-hand the difference this project makes to the local community and the new canopy they were able to build. This canopy provides much needed cover for residents during inclement weather.

Framework HA’s Digital Inclusion Project was awarded Highly Commended last year and received a £5,000 donation. The initiative helps empower people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in their local community by providing IT hardware, training and support.
We also visited the project earlier this year to see first hand the hard work they are doing and how the donation is helping to boost the support and equipment available.

Clients, if you’ve previously used NHMF Frameworx and have an initiative that’s worth shouting about, enter now and be in with the chance of receiving a £10,000 donation from NHMF Frameworx Social Value Fund to support your project.
Service Providers, nominate a client that’s making a real difference in their community and give them an opportunity to receive a £10,000 donation.

Results will be announced at the NHMF Best Practice Awards on 20 January 2027, ahead of the NHMF Maintenance Conference the following day, 21 January 2027. This year, the event theme is Raising Standards Together, so let’s celebrate how this is happening in social value.
