We’re excited to announce that we have added a BRAND-NEW Social Value award category, which will be presented at the NHMF Frameworx Maintenance Conference 2026 Awards Dinner, in January.

This new category celebrates and gives back to our NHMF Frameworx members, who are making strides in creating positive impacts and delivering meaningful initiatives in the social value arena.

‘Frameworx – Social Value Project Award’ – A brand new award for 2026 that recognises outstanding social value initiatives, either existing, in progress or planned, that give real impact to the local community. It could be a food bank, training programme, or repair & decorative work on a specific location, for example.

£10,000 donation from NHMF Frameworx: split between the ‘Winner’ (£7,000) and ‘Highly Commended’ (£3,000) to help fund their social value initiatives.

More information on the awards will be announced shortly with an entry deadline of 28th November.
