Framework Workstreams

There are two frameworks for Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works, one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition. Each of the frameworks is broken down into 3 workstreams:

1A & 1B

Responsive Maintenance

Undertaking of Responsive Maintenance including Emergency Works ordered during normal working hours; Mutual exchange gas and electrical checks; Out of Hours Emergency Works; Technical Inspections; Property Health Checks/MOT’s and Handypersons Services

2A & 2B

Void Property Works

Undertaking of Void Property Works including Inspections and Void major component renewals (kitchen, bathrooms, rewires, electric heating)

3A & 3B

Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works

Undertaking of Responsive Maintenance including Emergency Works ordered during normal working hours; Void Property Works including Inspections and Void major component renewals (kitchen, bathrooms, rewires, electric heating); Mutual exchange gas and electrical checks; Out of Hours Emergency Works; Technical Inspections; Property Health Checks/MOT’s and Handypersons Services
