Framework Workstreams
The NPC9001 framework provides a flexible and compliant disability adaptations framework designed to help you deliver accessible, safe and independent living environments across your housing stock. Designed to support housing providers and public sector organisations, the framework gives you access to pre-qualified contractors through both Direct Award and Mini-Competition routes, helping you simplify procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Structured around both minor and major works, the framework supports a wide range of projects including wet rooms, level access showers, stairlifts, ramps, wheelchair access modifications and specialist kitchen and bathroom adaptations. It also includes Occupational Therapist services, enabling you to deliver joined-up adaptation programmes through a single procurement route.
As part of the wider NHMF Frameworx offering, the framework combines national supplier coverage with a not-for-profit approach, low procurement fees and a strong focus on social value, helping you deliver adaptation works efficiently while supporting better outcomes for residents.
Under Disability Adaptations, there are two frameworks, one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition, covering the following worksteams
