NHMF Frameworx at Housing 2025

NHMF NPC Frameworx is very excited to have its own stand at Housing 2025, the first time since its launch there in 2022. The not-for-profit procurement solution promises a fully compliant, comprehensive and cost-effective service offering for housing providers to explore covering key challenges like Net Zero Decarbonisation and Damp, Mould and Condensation.

NHMF Frameworx Director, David Miller, explains: “We launched NHMF Frameworx at Housing back in 2022 in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum and have enjoyed productive attendance at the event ever since, providing the Frameworx Lounge for visitors to have a coffee and talk business on our partner, M3’s, stand. To be going it alone this year seems like a huge milestone! Housing is one of the key events in the social housing sector, bringing together professionals from across the industry to discuss and shape the future of the sector whilst giving service providers the opportunity to showcase their offering and promote innovative partnerships – something we’re looking forward to doing.

“We’ll still be providing the popular lounge area on our stand and will still be there to talk about the M3NHF Schedule of Rates as we’re the only procurement provided aligned with the industry’s leading guide. The latest version (V8) has undergone a huge review and includes significant updates to make it the most accurate reflection of market costs and industry standards available. It is extremely important to open up access to these new rates to our clients and providers via the new Planned and Responsive Maintenance V8 2025 agreements, the details of which will be announced soon/have recently been announced.

“The new V8 Planned and Responsive Agreements, that have attracted a number of new providers, aren’t the only new agreements we’ve introduced this year. The new Damp, Mould and Condensation has proved particularly popular, giving housing providers and registered social landlords access to the specialist service providers they need to tackle one of the biggest challenges we’re facing in light of the Awaab’s Law coming into force later this year.

“The other area where we can support RSLs is Net Zero, via our existing 2023 Energy Consultancy and Planned Maintenance Net Zero Carbon Works frameworks, and our new V8 Planned Maintenance Net Zero Carbon Works. Access to an expert and engaged supply chain that’s able to deliver is going to be key to this next round of funding.

“In addition to solutions to the big challenges, we have agreements in place to cover all aspects of social housing repairs and maintenance, including Planned and Responsive Maintenance, Passive Fire Works, Consultancy Services, Materials Supply, Heating Services, Estate Services, Communal Mechanical & Electrical, and Disability Adaptations. We’re also in the process of establishing new frameworks covering Structural Repairs & Civil Engineering, Specialist Subcontractors, Vehicles and Consultancy.

Meet the growing team

“One of the biggest changes in Frameworx recently, is the addition of new team members Paul Smith, our new Head of Frameworx, and Michael Hough, Framework Consultant. Both will be on the stand to talk to clients and providers about how we can support the sector, now and in the future.”

Paul Smith adds: “I am incredibly excited to have joined NHMF Frameworx to support its next stages of growth. Having seen over £300 million already spent through Frameworx since the launch in 2022, it shows that the market is looking for a solution that delivers true quality, choice, simplicity and value for money. One of the key elements in joining Frameworx was the maximum 1.5% fees; which shows a real commitment to delivering true value for money. Add in the focus on recruiting procurement professionals to support members and suppliers and we have a recipe that will deliver innovative, market leading services, that will improve every community that utilises the NHMF Frameworx offering.

“I am really looking forward to meeting a lot of our members and suppliers at Housing 2025, so if you have any questions, are looking for a high quality supply chain or just want to find out more about the exciting future for NHMF Frameworx, pop over to stand F41.”
