NHMF Frameworx is once again expanding its procurement options with new framework agreements going live in the next few months. Adding to the eleven existing frameworks, the not-for-profit procurement organisation, launched in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF), will be calling for providers to deliver Damp, Mould & Condensation Works, Structural Repairs & Civil Engineering Security, Access & Life Support Services, Subcontract/Specialist Services and Vehicle Supply, as well as expanding its Estate Services agreements with Grounds Maintenance and Building Cleaning.
NHMF Frameworx Director, David Miller, explains more: “Since our launch in 2022, NHMF Frameworx has been going from strength to strength. We have over 85 approved providers across our existing agreements who all share our commitment to social value and providing a quality service at good value to housing providers and Registered Social Landlords. Clients already include some of the leading housing organisations in the UK, and anyone who subscribes to the schedule M3NHF Schedule of Rates, to which we are the only framework providers to be associated, can procure through Frameworx. As long as you are a Contracting Authority in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, you can procure through Frameworx.
“Frameworx’ existing agreements include Planned and Responsive Maintenance, Net Zero Works, Passive Fire Works, Consultancy Services, Materials Supply, Heating Services, Estate Services, Communal Mechanical & Electrical and Disability Adaptations. Works can be procured through either Direct Award or Mini-Competition, supported at every step by the Frameworx team.
“The overriding aim of Frameworx is to provide a fully compliant, simple to use and flexible procurement solution that housing providers and Registered Social Landlords can use to engage with an expert and committed supply chain. We’re looking forward to expanding our network with like-minded providers who are interested in being part of the following:
- Expanding our planned and responsive maintenance offering, we’ve created a new, specialist Damp, Mould & Condensation Works agreement. PIN Notices will be issued in August, with the invitation to tender in September and the aim of going live in November.
- Following the same timeline is the new Security, Access & Life Support Services agreement.
- We’re also expanding our Estate Services offering with the addition of Grounds Maintenance and Building Cleaning. Tenders will be welcomed in September, with awards made in November.
- October will see the launch of a Structural Repairs & Civil Engineering agreement, with the invitation to tender in November and awards announced in January, around the 2025 NHMF Conference.
- In November, we’ll be looking for providers of Specialist/ Sub-Contractor Services incorporating a range of works like groundworks, drainage, damp and mould treatment, and roofing.
- PIN Notices for Vehicle Supply covering Diesel & Hybrid Commercial & Passenger Vehicles will also be posted during November.
“So far, nearly £55m has been procured through Frameworx, with a growing pipeline of interest, and contracts being awarded all the time. This next round of frameworks will only increase this opportunity further.”
“PIN Notices will be issued through the official channels or via our portal: https://etenders.nhmfframeworx.org.uk/”
